- Keep it clear of tables, banners and people standing in front of it. If it's hidden, it's not working.
- Use short loops. People walking past give it a few seconds, so lead with your logo and one clear message.
At registration
- Place it where the line forms, so guests read it while they wait.
- Use it to show the way: "Registration this way," the event name, or a welcome message.
- Change it as the day goes on. Welcome in the morning, the program or sponsor loop once the line is gone.
