FAQs
Who is this for — organizers or exhibitors?
Both. Exhibitors get the scans at their booths. Organizers use it to move attendees across the floor.
What does the attendee do?
They scan the exhibitor’s QR code on their phone and get stamped as visited for that booth.
Can we require booth visits?
Yes. That’s a common use — set the passport so guests need to visit booths across the floor. Exact rules depend on your program.
Can Virtual Passport stamps feed the raffle?
Yes. The raffle can include only guests who got stamps from the booths you choose — for example, all major sponsors. See Event Raffle System.
