PAPSHPI Aesthetic Summit 2026: Case Study

The brief

PAPSHPI brought its members together for three days at the Aesthetic Summit 2026, held at EDSA Shangri-La, Manila. The association needed doctors to register ahead of time, get checked in without fuss on the day, and walk into a hall and plenary that looked and sounded the part. Our Events team took on the medical convention event production from start to finish.

This was not our first event with PAPSHPI. We also worked on their 10th Mid-Year Convention in April 2025 and their Annual Convention in October 2025, so we came in already knowing how they like things to run.

How we handled the medical convention event production

• Registration website. We set up the summit’s registration website so delegates could sign up online before the event.
• Walk-in registration. For delegates who registered on the day, our team handled on-site registration at the help desk.
• Attendance scanning. We scanned attendance during the summit, so the organizers had a clear record of who came in.
• LED Posters. We placed LED Posters in the hall, showing the summit visual and speaker profiles.
• Stage LED wall, lights and sound. We provided the stage LED wall along with the lights and sound for the plenary.
• Live Feed Operations. Our team ran the live feed operations for the summit.
• Script Writing. We wrote the script for the summit program.
• Program Direction. We handled program direction for the summit.
• Program and Production Management. We managed the program and production of the summit.
• Speakers On-ground Support. Our team gave on-ground support to the summit’s speakers.
• Stage Material Fabrication (Lighted Stairs). We fabricated the lighted stairs for the stage.

On the day

Across the three days, delegates checked in at the registration help desk, then made their way past the LED Posters toward the plenary hall. Inside, the stage LED wall carried the summit key visual, with our lights and sound supporting every session.

Having registration, the stage and the program handled by one medical convention event production team kept things simple for PAPSHPI. One crew, one point of contact, from the first sign-up online to the last session on stage.
