360 Logix handled event registration and check-in for the organizers of the 9th Philippine Fashion Summit at The Podium Hall, Ortigas Center, on September 27, 2026. Our Events team ran the registration counter, self check-in kiosks and a VIP lane, plus LED Posters and a smart display marking the registration area. Guests got a wristband at check-in.

The brief

A fashion event is judged from the first minute at the door. The organizers needed guest arrival to feel as polished as the runway: quick check-in, clear signage and no long lines for VIPs, media and guests. Our Events team delivered it by running event registration and check-in for the summit.

What we did for event registration and check-in

Registration system. We ran the event’s registration and check-in, so every guest was verified at the door.
Self check-in kiosks. Guests checked in at self check-in kiosks on the registration counter, with our staff on hand and a separate VIP lane where the kiosk showed a VVIP screen.
Wristbands at check-in. Guests got a wristband at check-in, with printed passes ready on the registration counter.
LED Posters. We brought in LED Posters for the summit, alongside our registration setup.
Smart display. A smart display on a stand marked the registration area and matched the event’s look.

The result

Guests moved from arrival to the venue through one clear, branded area for event registration and check-in, and our crew stayed on site through the event.
