₱10,000 per unit per day, plus 12% VAT

Rates cover the equipment. Delivery, setup and technician fees are quoted separately, based on your venue and the number of units.
Which unit fits where
Not sure what to rent? Here's one way to match units to spots around a venue.
- Registration area: a Logix Stand Kiosk 55" near the entrance for welcome messages and directions, plus Logix Vision 22" displays on the desks for lane signs.
- Hallways and session doors: Logix Pixel LED Posters (P2.5) for wayfinding and "now showing" updates that change through the day.
- Sponsor and exhibit areas: an LED Poster for a shared sponsor loop, or a Logix Vision 32" display at a booth counter for product videos.
- Beside the stage: an LED Poster for the event title or speaker name between talks.
If you send us your floor plan, we'll suggest a setup that covers the important spots without renting more than you need.
Why rent instead of buy?
Many events only need displays for a day or two. Renting means you don't pay for equipment that sits in storage the rest of the year, and you don't have to transport, set up or troubleshoot it yourself. You also get a technician who knows the units, which helps when content needs to change fast.

- We set up on the day. Our team delivers and sets up, then picks everything up after.
Event equipment rental: what to prepare
A few details make your quote faster and your event day smoother:
- Your date and hours. Include the setup day if your venue allows ingress the night before.
- Your venue and floor plan. Tell us where each unit should go, and whether there are stairs, long hallways or loading rules.
- Power points. Check that there's a power outlet near each spot. Your venue can usually confirm this.
- Your content. Have your slides, videos or logos ready before event day. If you need content made or resized, our creatives team can help.
- An on-site contact. Give us the name and number of the person our crew should coordinate with on the day.
How far ahead to book depends on your date and the number of units, so we'll confirm timelines on your call.

Can we change what's on the screens during the event?
Yes. Content on the LED Posters can be changed any time, even mid-event. Our technician can load updates for you as your program changes.
