Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of 360logix.com (the "Website") and to the services and equipment rentals provided by 360 Logix Solutions Inc. ("360 Logix", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, sending us an inquiry or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
360 Logix is a technology-driven marketing agency. We offer digital marketing, creative and design work, website development, brand activations, event technology such as smart registration, QR code check-ins, queuing systems and hybrid event platforms, and equipment rentals such as LED Posters, kiosks and digital displays.
The exact scope, deliverables, schedule and fees for each project are set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement ("Quotation"). If a Quotation conflicts with these Terms, the Quotation applies.
2. Quotes and bookings
Prices shown on the Website are for reference only and may change without notice. A booking is confirmed only after you accept a Quotation in writing and complete any payment it requires. Submitting a form on the Website is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking.
3. Fees and payment
All prices are in Philippine pesos and exclude 12% VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, including any downpayment, are set out in your Quotation. We may hold or reschedule work, or keep equipment from being released, until any amount due is paid.
4. Changes, cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel a booking, tell us in writing as early as possible. Any charges, refunds or credits follow the terms in your Quotation. Work already done, costs already incurred and resources already reserved for you may be charged.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give us accurate information, approvals and materials on time
- make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, images or data you give us
- arrange venue access, power and any permits needed for setup, unless the Quotation says we will handle them
Delays caused by late approvals, materials or access may affect timelines and fees.
6. Equipment rentals
Rented equipment stays the property of 360 Logix at all times. You are responsible for its care from delivery or pickup until we collect it, and you agree to use it only as intended and as our team advises. Loss of or damage to rented equipment, other than normal wear, may be charged to you. Delivery, setup, operation and pickup are covered as stated in your Quotation.
7. Intellectual property
Once full payment is made, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, unless the Quotation says otherwise. We keep ownership of our tools, software, templates, methods and any materials we created before or apart from your project. Stock assets, fonts and third-party software stay subject to their own licenses.
We may show the work we did for you in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Third-party platforms
Some services run on third-party platforms, such as social media networks, ad platforms, hosting and event apps. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, ad approvals or decisions, and we can't guarantee specific results such as reach, leads, sales or rankings.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, 360 Logix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
11. Events beyond our control
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, power or internet outages, government orders, or venue restrictions. If this happens, we'll work with you in good faith to reschedule or adjust the service.
12. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website. That means no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Website content is provided for general information and may change at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Metro Manila.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the date it was last updated.
