Guests remember a highlight reel they saw before they left. A Same Day Edit is a short video of the day's best moments, filmed and cut on site, and shown before the event ends — the same approach we used for the UP College of Medicine symposium.
What's included
On-site filming for the edit
We shoot with the Same Day Edit in mind, not only a later recap.
Same-day cut
Editors work during the program so the piece is ready before close.
Shown before the event ends
The highlight plays while guests are still in the room.
Works with full coverage
Pairs cleanly with Photo Coverage and Video Coverage when you want stills and a longer recap too.
Who it's for
Conferences and symposiums that want a closing highlight on screen
Galas and company nights that end with a recap of the evening
Association programs that want guests to see the day before they leave

FAQs
When is the Same Day Edit shown?
Before the event ends — while guests are still there, like the highlight at the UP College of Medicine symposium.
Is it a full recap film?
No. It is a short highlight cut for the room. For a longer recap, see Video Coverage.
Do you need photo or video coverage as well?
Not required, but many events book Same Day Edit with Photo Coverage and Video Coverage so one team handles stills, the program film and the highlight.
Who plays it in the room?
We deliver the file for your stage screen or our LED setup when you book screens with us.
