To start a new website project with 360 Logix, you can begin by booking a free discovery call through our website. During this call, we will discuss your business goals, target audience, and specific requirements. After the initial consultation, our team will provide a detailed proposal and timeline. Once approved, you'll be assigned a dedicated project manager who will guide you through the design, development, and launch phases.
Our Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) plans include everything you need to run a successful business website without the technical headaches. All plans include custom design, mobile optimization, premium hosting, SSL security, monthly content updates, and ongoing technical support. Higher-tier plans also include SEO optimization, blog setups, and priority support.
Your invoice from 360 Logix will typically include your monthly subscription fee for services like WaaS or SEO, plus any one-time setup fees or add-ons you have requested. Invoices are generated on the 1st of every month. You can view a detailed breakdown of all charges in your 360 Connect client portal under the 'Billing' tab.
To update your payment method, log in to the 360 Connect portal and navigate to Settings > Billing. Click on 'Update Payment Method' and enter your new credit card or bank details. We accept all major credit cards, GCash, and direct bank transfers for Philippine clients.
If you purchased your domain through a third-party registrar (like GoDaddy or Namecheap), you will need to update your DNS settings to point to our servers. Our support team will provide you with the specific A Records and CNAME records required. Usually, DNS propagation takes between 24 to 48 hours.
We provide Google Workspace integration for professional business emails (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com). If you have requested email setup, our team will configure the MX records and provide you with temporary login credentials. We highly recommend changing your password upon your first login.
