What to prepare on your side
A QR code check-in system works best when a few things are sorted early:
- A clean guest list. Correct names and email addresses mean every code reaches the right person.
- Your badge details. Decide what goes on the badge, such as name, company or delegate type.
- Your venue layout. Tell us where the entrances are and how much space the registration area has, so we can plan the lanes.
- Walk-in rules. Decide early if you'll accept guests who didn't pre-register.

What is a QR code check-in system?
It's a way to check guests in by scanning a unique code instead of looking for their name on a list. Each attendee gets a code after registering, shows it at the door, and the scan marks them as arrived.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. They just show the QR code from their email on their phone, or bring a printed copy.
What if a guest forgets or loses their code?
Our on-site team can look them up by name and check them in manually, so nobody gets stuck at the door.
Can you print badges at check-in?
Yes. Badges can print the moment a code is scanned, with the attendee's details on them.
Can we use our existing registration list?
Yes. Send us your list and we'll generate codes for everyone on it. If you haven't opened registration yet, we can set that up too.
