Privacy Policy

Version 1.1 | Effective Date: October 3, 2026

1. Introduction

360 Logix Solutions Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us. This policy is designed to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Register on our website or event portals.
  • Inquire about our digital marketing, creatives, brand activation, or event services.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or blog.
  • Communicate with us via email, phone, or social media.
  • Request a quote or submit any form on our website (for example, our equipment rental quote form or contact form).
  • Submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta lead ads) for any of our services.

The types of personal information we may collect include:

  • Identity Data: Full name, company name, job title.
  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, physical address.
  • Event and Order Data: event date, venue, and the equipment and quantities you request.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages visited, referring links, and website usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

Meta Lead Forms. When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms passes the details you give us (such as your name, phone number, email, company and your answers to the form questions) to us. We treat that information the same way as information submitted on our website, and this Privacy Policy applies to it. Meta's own data policy governs how Meta processes your use of its platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our services and platforms.
  • To manage event registrations, ticketing, and lead retrieval systems.
  • To communicate with you regarding inquiries, proposals, and project updates.
  • To prepare quotations and process equipment rental and service requests.
  • To send marketing and promotional communications (you may opt-out at any time).
  • To understand how visitors use our website and to measure how well our advertising works (analytics and ad measurement), so we can improve our website, content and service offerings.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Philippine law.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers (Personal Information Processors): Trusted third parties who process data for us under our instructions and are required to keep it confidential and secure. These include:
    • HighLevel, Inc. (LeadConnector): our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. It hosts our website forms and booking tools, and stores and manages the contact details and form submissions you send us (for example, quote requests, contact messages and appointment bookings).
    • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): website analytics.
    • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API): ad measurement and delivering lead-form submissions to us.
    • Google Workspace: business email.
  • Event Partners: If you register for an event through our event management platforms, your details may be shared with the specific event organizers as part of the registration and lead management process.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cross-Border Transfers. Some of our service providers (including HighLevel, Google and Meta) may store or process your information outside the Philippines. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps under RA 10173 and its IRR, including contractual safeguards, so that your information keeps a comparable level of protection.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable Philippine laws and regulations (e.g., BIR tax regulations requiring retention of financial records for a specified period).

7. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under RA 10173, you have the following rights:

  • Right to be Informed: To know whether your personal data is being processed.
  • Right to Access: To request access to your personal data that we hold.
  • Right to Rectification: To dispute inaccuracies or errors in your personal data and have them corrected.
  • Right to Erasure or Blocking: To request the suspension, withdrawal, blocking, removal, or destruction of your personal data.
  • Right to Object: To object to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing.
  • Right to Data Portability: To obtain a copy of your data in an electronic or structured format.
  • Right to File a Complaint: To lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our website for the following purposes:

  • Essential functions: to run the website, our forms, booking calendar and chat widget, and to keep them secure.
  • Analytics, through Google Analytics 4 (GA4): to understand how visitors find and use our website (for example, pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device type and referral source). We use this information in aggregate to improve the site.
  • Ad measurement, through Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API: the Meta Pixel is a small piece of code on our website. When you visit, it tells Meta which pages were viewed and when actions such as a form submission happen. The Meta Conversions API sends similar event information from our systems (server-side) straight to Meta. This can include hashed (encrypted) contact details from a form you submitted, so Meta can match the event to an account and avoid counting it twice. We use these technologies to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads to people who have interacted with our website.
  • CRM attribution, through HighLevel/LeadConnector: to record which page or campaign led you to contact us, so we can follow up properly on your inquiry.

How to opt out or control tracking:

  • Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use its "Do Not Track"/tracking-prevention features. Some parts of the site, such as forms and the chat widget, may not work properly without cookies.
  • Google Analytics: you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or control Google ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com.
  • Meta: you can manage how Meta uses information from websites for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Accounts Center > Ad preferences, and "Your activity off Meta technologies").
  • Contact us: you can ask our DPO at dpo@360logix.com to stop sending your form data to Meta through the Conversions API, or to stop processing your data for marketing.

Note: We do not sell your personal information. Data shared with Meta and Google for measurement is limited to what is needed for these purposes.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
