From 3D render to the real thing: TransUnion’s 2026 summit

TransUnion brought financial services leaders together for its 2026 Philippines Financial Services Summit, with the theme “Resilient. Inclusive. Future-Ready.” We handled the event management end to end, from the first concept to the last hour on the day. We designed the main set pieces in 3D first, then built them to match.

The challenge

A summit for financial services leaders has to look as polished as the brand behind it. Every area, from registration to the stage, had to feel like one event. And what the client signed off on in a render had to be what guests actually walked into.

What our event management covered

01

Overall event management

One team took the summit from concept and layout to setup and the show itself.

02

3D design before anything was built

The main areas were planned in 3D first, so TransUnion could see the registration area, welcome arch, photowall, game area, stage and booths before we built a single panel.

03

Fabrication

We built the registration backdrop, the lit welcome arch, TransUnion’s milestone timeline wall along the bridgeway, the photowall, the game area, the stage set and the product booths to match the approved renders.

04

LED screens

The stage screens, plus the LED screens along the bridgeway and at registration, all playing the summit’s visuals.

05

Lights and sound

Stage lighting, sound for the main program and lighting for the booths and game area.

06

Booths and activities

Three product booths and a “10 Second Challenge” game area gave guests a reason to walk the floor.

07

Onsite registration

Self-service kiosks and QR name badges at the venue, powered by EventsHub.

08

Event creatives

What it meant for TransUnion

  • One team coordinating every part of the event.
  • Each area shown here was approved in 3D before it was built, so TransUnion knew what they were getting.
  • The finished sets shown here match the renders they signed off on.
  • Every area, from the arch to the stage, carried the same look and theme.
